Pizzahut delivering Non-Veg Pizza in Veg. Packing

On evening of 24 Sept। 2007, we ordered for Two Non-Veg।Pizza and One Veg. Pizza, which we received well within 30 Minutes. What we received was One Red Box and Two Green Boxes, which means one Non-Veg. and two veg. pizzas. This clearly means an Incorrect Order Dispatch. We called Pizzahut to repeat what we asked for in our order and we got the confirmation that it was Two Non-Veg. and a Veg. Pizza. Then we told him what has been delivered, on which Mr. Naren (shift manager) apologised and confirmed to sent the correct order, which we received later.

Wait...... this was not all...worst part is yet to come...
The terrible part was when we started consuming the pizza। One Non-Veg was given to people who eat Non-Veg and Veg। pizza was handed over to Veg। eating people। Thats where the trouble was। We were literally shocked to know that there was a Non-Veg Pizza in a Veg Box...yes the Green colored Box। It was just half the pizza when we realised after our friends confirmed its a Non-Veg pizza। That was the begining of the issue.
We called pizzahut and confirmed the order once again and also about the packing boxes which they use to categorise the Non-Veg। from Veg pizza। Mr। Naren confirmed thats Red for Non-Veg. and Green for Veg. but he was not ready to accept that he could have sent the non-veg pizza in a veg। box.
Later when delivery guys came with the correct order, we made them speak to Mr। Naren when those guys confirmed that order was incorrect and wrongly packed. We simply asked for a written apology from Pizzahut upon which Mr. Naren denied and even told us, we could do anything we wish to, but he would not apologise in any condition. Moreover he disconnected the phone without further talking to us. Luckily my phone has Call Recording and the entire 30 min। call got recorded, which will act as an evidence in further legal proceedings।
Further we escalated the issue to the Branch head, Mr। Sabbir Ansari who was unfortunately out of town, but he assured to discuss this issue again the next day and come to resolution।
So guys, we are waiting till Mr। Ansari calls up the next day, i।e। 25th Sept.2007. After that we would be bound to escalate this matter to consumer court for a penalty, against the Legal Case for misleading and misguiding customers.
After all this one thing is for sure, if they dont end up paying the penalty, Pizzahut will be in trouble।
